Oaklands House, London SE23This contract involved the conversion of a late 19th century villa into eight key worker flats for the Convent of the Sacred Heart. New M&E installations were carried out along with external structural remedial work and internal fireproofing. The lower ground floor accommodation was damp proofed. A complete overhaul of the external building fabric included the supply and installation of new sash windows and the repair and redecoration of all rendered and painted elevations.
