The project involved the relocation of Telereal’s accounting function to their registered offices at 140 London Wall as part of our Prime Umbrella Term Contract.
The works concerned the fitting out of two existing vacant floors including the installation of solid partitions and glazed walls to form perimeter offices and private meeting rooms together with the formation of a high quality reception area, tea points and photocopying areas.
Other features included bespoke joinery, new carpets and a general upgrade of existing finishes.
The works were carried out to a demanding programme to meet the deadline of the relocation.
