Metropolitan Police
Our working relationship with the Metropolitan Police Service spans some 20 years and to date we are currently operating five contracts with them. Our current contracts include the operation of 3 separate 5 year Measured Term Contracts for maintenance and minor alterations to various buildings and include
works to Section Houses, Police Stations, Cells and Police Headquarter Buildings. A term contract for Mechanical and Electrical installations in the South East, North East and South West and Central regions of London; A four year MTC contract for painting and decorating including minor repair works to properties in the North East and North West areas of London.
In addition we also operated a reactive MTC contract covering the London areas of Newham, Tower Hamlets, Heathrow, Hillingdon & Richmond, this contract incorporates the execution of corrective maintenance and minor works projects and is delivered through the operation of our 24 hour emergency helpdesk. Due to the nature of our client’s business, security is of paramount importance. To meet this, all of our staff, operatives and specialist subcontractors have all been approved through the Metropolitan
Police security clearance system. Due to the nature of the clearance process and as an ongoing programme, we employ someone full time to process applications and continually monitor the pass system to ensure that our workforce are always up to date and able to meet our clients needs.
Our long working relationship and understanding of our clients business has enabled us to undertake a wide range of additional projects outside of the initial contract, knowing that we are able to offer value for
money whilst meeting the clients quality and performance objectives.
