Our working relationship with London & Quadrant Housing Trust spans several years and has predominantly involved working extensively in the London region.
The pilot scheme for the initial phase of kitchen & bathroom upgrades was based on a Schedule of Rates.
Upon completion of a trial number of properties, we agreed to proceed on average costs per dwelling; working on an agreed and approved specifications in lieu of the Schedule of Rates.
This specification was agreed with the client, C&B and our Partnered Kitchen and Bathroom Suppliers.
Working on this basis, the number of properties that were to be refurbished then increased by some 1000%.
