Dolphin Square is a haven right in the heart of London. Close to the River Thames at Pimlico, set in three and a half acres of private landscaped gardens, in the largest development of apartments to let in London.
Built in the 1930s by Sir Richard and Sir Albert Costain, it has been home to some of the nation's most celebrated people and still is today. Within the Square you have shops, the four star Dolphin Square Hotel with bar and restaurants and Zest! Health and Fitness spa.
Our contract with The Trust is to undertake a three year programme of refurbishments to their 1, 2 and 3 bedroomed residential units as and when they become vacant, in preparation for new incoming tenants.
Due to the high demand for these properties, the turn around for these refurbishment schemes has to be undertaken within a tight programme whilst maintaining a high quality finish demanded by our client and their tenants alike.
