Cox Insurance Refurbishment
The project entailed the complete refurbishment of three floors including the executive areas at first floor level and the provision of a new reception area.
Work was carried out to a contractors design following close liaison with the Cox’s Head of Projects. The contract was phased and very carefully planned, as the building remained fully occupied during the works.
In addition to this client’s head office, we have also carried out extensive refurbishment works on most of Cox’s property portfolio in Colchester, Chelmsford and the City of London.
