Marble Hill, Twickenham
This magnificent Palladian villa was built between 1724 - 1729 and served as the Thameside retreat for Henrietta Howard, mistress to King George II. The building is currently maintained by English Heritage for
whom Crispin & Borst recently carried out restoration and redecoration works. A previously booked wedding reception at the venue necessitated the design of a temporary scaffold which could be partially removed during the wedding photos!
