Royal Parks
The Building and Facilities division of Crispin & Borst undertakes an ongoing scheme of asset management for the Department of Media, Culture and Sport covering a number of Royal Parks in London including Regents Park, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, St James Park, Green Park, Richmond Park, Bushy Park and Greenwich Park.
An annual programme of inspections is carried out and the ensuing tasks are undertaken by the company’s own directly employed personnel. These range from regular maintenance to new build, refurbishment and restoration of many of the listed buildings. An emergency 24 hour call out service is also provided through a central helpdesk.
